Michael S. Federico is a Financial Advisor and Principal with Brown Advisory Securities, LLC. For more than 25 years, he has advised senior executives of public companies and privately held businesses on preserving capital and building wealth. He addresses the financial challenges associated with concentrated stock portfolios, stock option plans, long term incentive plans and defined benefit plans - ensuring a smooth transition to retirement and providing for clients' legacies. With relationships that often span multiple generations, Michael strives to partner with his clients, carefully considering their priorities while developing customized strategies. Before joining Brown Advisory, he served as a First Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he provided private client services at Alex. Brown for 10 years. Michael and his wife, Kimberly, are raising seven children in Towson, Maryland.
