Philip J. Rauch is a Financial Advisor and a Partner of Brown Advisory Securities, LLC.  He works primarily with high net worth individuals and families and assists them in determining their investment objectives, financial needs, and appropriate asset allocation.  To implement an individual plan, Mr. Rauch constructs and manages a portfolio of individual securities and also uses selected money managers and mutual funds.  Mr. Rauch is a Chartered Financial Analyst.  Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 2006, Mr. Rauch was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley.
