James David is a Strategic Advisor with Brown Advisory and recently joined the firm from FBR Capital Markets where he provided investment management services to taxable private investors. He left FBR Capital Markets as Managing Director. Mr. David has held various accounting and tax positions in the certified public accounting firms of Kenneth Leventhal, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thorton.
He holds a CPA certificate issued by the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
