Jerry L. Adams, Jr. is the Directing Manager of Tax Administration at Brown Advisory and is responsible for all Advisory client tax reporting. This includes issuing year end information returns to Investment Advisory clients and the preparation and filing of tax returns for Fiduciaries and Private Foundations. Mr. Adams comes to us with twenty three years of trust tax accounting experience with fourteen of those years as Manager/Supervisor for the Fiduciary Tax Unit of Mercantile Bank & Trust.
