Eben D. Finney III is a partner and Head of Portfolio Management for Brown Advisory. Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 1994, he spent 10 years with American Security Bank and later Security Trust Co. as a portfolio/relationship manager in both Washington DC and Baltimore.  Prior to this he worked for Kidder Peabody in the Washington DC office.  He has over 30 years of Banking and Investment related experience.
