Mr. Palmer is a Partner and Portfolio Manager for Brown  Advisory’s Flexible Value strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palmer was a Portfolio Manager at Alex. Brown Investment Management. He also served as a Portfolio Manager and Vice President at T. Rowe Price Associates.
