M. Elliott Randolph, Jr. is a Partner of Brown Advisory and has more than 36 years experience managing portfolios for institutions and high net worth individuals.  Prior to joining Alex. Brown in 1991, Mr. Randolph a was Principal of Monument Capital Management, Incorporated and  served as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of First National Bank of Maryland's Asset Management Division.
