Nancy I. Denney is the Chief Compliance Officer for Brown Advisory Holdings Incorporated where she is responsible for the compliance program for the Trust Company and advisory businesses.   Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 2008, Ms. Denney served as Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Manager for Alex. Brown Investment Management (ABIM). Prior to joining ABIM in 1988, she worked for Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. in operations.
