William J. Baird III is the Managing Partner of Brown Advisory Securities, LLC, providing comprehensive solutions for an array of individual and corporate clients. He manages all aspects of the broker dealer business including sales, legal, compliance and operations.  Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 2008, Mr. Baird served as a Managing Director and Head of the Business Supervisory Office at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.  While at Alex. Brown he successively managed the Greenwich, San Francisco and Baltimore offices.
