Mr. O’Brien is a Portfolio Manager for Brown Advisory’s Flexible Value strategy and an equity research analyst for the flexible value team. He also serves on the flexible value stock selection committee with other members of Brown Advisory.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Brien was a portfolio manager and investment analyst for Alex. Brown Investment Management. He also worked for Delaware Investment Advisors, Schneider Asset Management, Wellington Management and Prudential Insurance in investment management and research positions.
