The Brown Advisory Core International Fund has been managed by Munder Capital Management since early December, 2007. Prior to that time, the fund had been managed in approximately equal portions by Philadelphia International Advisors, LP and Walter Scott & Partners Ltd, based in Edinburgh, since 2004. PIA and Walter Scott manage international portfolios in value and growth styles, respectively. The fund in its current configuration is designed to form the core international equity exposure for most clients, and can be supplemented by other international vehicle that provide additional and complementary. Munder uses a research-based, fundamental approach to investing that mirrors Brown Advisory’s own philosophy.
