Traditional brokerage services include a range of transactions capabilities, including listed and NASDAQ trading, mutual funds, restricted securities sales, and employee stock plans. All are given the personal attention and care that sophisticated clients expect and deserve.
Where a professionally managed account is the appropriate solution, we offer two possible avenues. One is to introduce clients to Brown Advisory's own investment management services. This approach has the advantage of allowing clients the convenience of meeting both their brokerage and advisory needs through the same firm and being assured of the same high level of personal service. The second approach is though our open architecture program in partnership with First Clearing, LLC, which offers access to a comprehensive list of "best of breed" asset managers in various asset classes. Either way, our investment representatives serve their clients' best interests as experienced providers of independent investment advice.
