We partner with several organizations to provide local students with corporate internships. In many cases, these internships will lead students to a meaningful career with the firm after graduation.

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School

Brown Advisory has been a proud supporter of the Corporate Internship Program (CIP) at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School since its founding in 2007. Through their internships with the firm, students have the ability to learn and grow through projects that provide exposure to the business world that support their academic experience.

YouthWorks

YouthWorks is an initiative of the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development that connects thousands of young people between the ages of 14 and 21 to summer jobs with private, nonprofit, and city and state government employers throughout Baltimore. At Brown Advisory, several of our YouthWorks interns have become full-time employees due to their hard work and success at the firm.
