Doneene serves as a Director of Brown Advisory Trust Company of Delaware LLC. She is President and Managing Partner of Richards, Layton & Finger and also serves as Business Department Co-Chair, Trust and Agency Services Group Chair, Compensation Committee Chair, and Women’s Initiative Chair. Doneene is chair of the Board for Christiana Care Health System, Inc. She is a board member for the Board of Visitors, Temple University Beasley School of Law, Delaware Prosperity Partnership and the Cameron Kravitt Foundation. Doneene serves on the Board of the Structured Finance Association and serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Securitization Mentor Committee, sits on the Reg AB Committee, Legal Counsel Committee and Trustee Committee.
