Skylar is a Senior Counsel on the Legal and Compliance team at Brown Advisory, where she advises on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and investment-related matters. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has supported Brown Advisory’s private equity and alternatives businesses and advised on general corporate initiatives, including acquisitions, corporate financings, and related legal and compliance considerations.
