Kristin is the director of accounting, payroll and equity at Brown Advisory. Her primary responsibilities are the preparation of external financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements, foreign subsidiary statutory reporting and supplemental data. She is also responsible for GAAP financial reporting matters, including compensation, equity based compensation, consolidation, and investments. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin worked at PwC, LLP where she was a director in the audit practice.
