Marissa is a counsel and compliance officer at Brown Advisory. She is responsible for providing legal advice to the firm’s venture capital investment team and institutional sales team. She also provides legal and compliance support for the firm’s U.S. mutual funds. Marissa joined the firm as a legal fellow in 2017 before transitioning to her current role in 2018.
