Gus joined Brown Advisory in 2016 as the Chief Information Security Officer. He is a senior advisor for information security and risk management to help us ensure the security of our systems and data. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Gus served as Executive Director of Technology Security at AT&T. He has over 25 years of experience in information security.

Leona is a director of human resources at Brown Advisory. She is responsible for overseeing HR operations and compliance, driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the firm’s people programs. With more than 20 years in the field, she has held a range of HR roles across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining the firm, she was a human resources generalist at Affiliated Managers Group in Boston, MA.
