Asheley is a counsel on the legal team at Brown Advisory, responsible for providing legal advice and support to the firm's venture capital, private equity and alternative investment businesses. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Asheley was a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP, focused on emerging growth companies and venture capital clients.
