Ashtyn Oakley

Ashtyn is the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) manager at Brown Advisory. Ashtyn’s responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the firm's HRIS – Workday. She ensures the system operates efficiently and effectively, providing accurate and timely data to support various HR functions. In her role, Ashtyn also focuses on generating and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends and support data-driven decision making. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Eye Health America, specializing in staffing and benefits for eye practices across South Carolina.
