Brian Kiernan

Brian is a private equity funds operations manager at Brown Advisory, responsible for oversight of the private fund operations. Before joining the firm, Brian held the role of director of investor operations at Viridis Fund Solutions, where he was responsible for back-office functions in a fund administrator capacity. Brian has also held roles at JPMorgan Chase Corporate Banking as a firmwide external reporting controller for derivative reporting, and CliftonLarsonAllen in assurance services.
