Cole serves as a finance business partner to the firm's Institutional business. In this role, he collaborates closely with Institutional leadership to provide financial insights and inform decisions that drive growth. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Cole worked in corporate finance for Stanley Black & Decker, ACell, Inc. (acquired by Integra LifeSciences), and Thrive Earlier Detection (acquired by Exact Sciences).
