Gordon is the director of consultant relations within Brown Advisory’s endowments and foundations and OCIO practice. In this role, he leads the firm’s outreach and engagement strategy with investment consultants and nonprofit stakeholders, serving as a key connector between external partners and Brown Advisory’s investment platform. Gordon plays a central role in driving business development efforts by identifying strategic opportunities, deepening consultant relationships, and positioning the firm’s OCIO capabilities to align with the evolving needs of mission-driven nonprofit institutions.
Previously, Gordon served as a client advisor within the endowments and foundations group, where he focused on supporting the growth of the endowments and foundations practice. His work helped strengthen client relationships and deliver a seamless experience aligned with each organization’s governance structure, strategic priorities, and long-term goals.
