Hayley is a senior business analyst at Brown Advisory. She works directly with the head of the Baltimore office and with the office leadership team, and is responsible for colleague experience, community partnership, and office operations. Hayley spent seven years in operations on the client onboarding team. Prior to joining the firm, Hayley worked in Morgan Stanley in prime brokerage operations.
