Jefferson Readmond

Jefferson Readmond is a senior project manager at Brown Advisory in the Baltimore office. In this role, Jefferson is responsible for leading enterprise-wide operational improvement projects and strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and business transformation across the organization.

Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Jefferson served as head of operational risk and resiliency at T. Rowe Price, where he led a global team responsible for enterprise risk management, business continuity, governance, and regulatory compliance. Jefferson also led operations in Asia Pacific, and spent 15 years within investment operations in various leadership roles supporting a complex, global asset management business.
