Justine Decker is a Portfolio Analyst on the Impact Advisory and Investments team at Brown Advisory. She supports manager research across key impact themes. Her responsibilities include developing custom impact investment strategies for private clients, producing analytics and reporting on portfolio and impact metrics, and collaborating across teams to advance strategic business goals. Before joining the firm, Justine held the role of investment analyst at Access Holdings. Justine is a graduate of Columbia University, where she was a captain of the Varsity Women's Lacrosse team.
