Kelly Harrison joined Brown Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as an HR Manager supporting the Corporate Infrastructure groups. In this role, she partners with internal stakeholders to lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience, support talent development, and align people strategies with broader organizational goals. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Kelly worked at Morgan Stanley in Baltimore, where she focused on campus recruiting and early-career talent programs.
