Kelly Harrison joined Brown Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as an HR manager. In her role, she collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, supporting talent development, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
Before joining Brown Advisory, Kelly spent several years at Morgan Stanley in Baltimore, where she specialized in campus recruiting and early career talent programs.
