Missy Scharadin

Missy is the operating officer for our Delaware office. She is responsible for overseeing excellent day to day operations and long term strategic growth for the Delaware office. Prior to starting this role in 2019, Missy worked in several operational management roles focused around client on-boarding, strategic operational projects and custodian relations. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Missy was the manager of client services at Glass Lewis & where she held various client focused roles.
