Bob is lead director of Brown Advisory Incorporated and serves as chair of the governance committee, member of the audit committee, and is a director of Brown Investment Advisory & Trust Company. He is the managing director of CNF Investments LLC, overseeing the management of its investment portfolio. He also serves on the board of W. P. Carey, Inc. (NYSE: WPC), and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He was formerly chairman of the Board of Directors of Washington, D.C.’s Federal City Council, Martek Biosciences Corporation (NASDAQ: MATK), Sagent Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SGNT), Clark Enterprises, and former trustee of the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation. Bob also was treasurer, secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Orioles.
