Stuart Siciliano

Stuart Siciliano is the Washington operating officer at Brown Advisory, responsible for managing five key aspects of our business at the office level in partnership with the office head. The operating officers' primary responsibilities are inclusive of the oversight of office metrics, process implementation, incident communication, client team staffing, and general office and personnel management.

Before joining the firm, Stuart held the role of chief operating officer of Penta Group, a global public relations and research firm, where he held similar duties. He played a leadership role in buy side and sell side diligence through multiple private equity transactions. Prior to that he was a founding partner of Hamilton Place Strategies and the White House assistant press secretary to President George W. Bush.
