Skylar Cromwell

Skylar is a counsel on the legal and compliance team at Brown Advisory. She is responsible for advising on the firm’s private equity and alternatives business and providing the necessary legal and compliance support to those teams. Skylar joined the firm in 2017 as a legal fellow before transitioning to her current role in 2018. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Skylar worked as a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General in Annapolis, MD and also spent time as a legal intern with T. Rowe Price.
