Victoria is a member of Brown Advisory’s Equity Research Team serving as an ESG Analyst. She provides subject matter expertise to support the firm’s sustainable investing priorities. In this role, Victoria’s responsibilities span from conducting robust ESG research to leading ESG engagement efforts to serving as a thought leader. Victoria joined Brown Advisory in 2016. Prior to her role as an ESG Equity Research Analyst she worked as the firm’s Senior Equity Compensation Specialist. Prior to Brown Advisory, Victoria gained experience as a Senior Audit Accountant at SC&H Group with knowledge of financial statement audit and review processes across a variety of industries, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
Victoria is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She focuses on embedding this expertise into Sustainable Investing, for example, as a member of the AICPA’s Sustainability Assurance and Advisory Task Force which focuses on advancing reporting and assurance of sustainability-related information. Victoria also provides leadership for various firm initiatives, such as assisting Brown Advisory’s Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) relationship and as a member of Brown Advisory’s Proxy Voting Committee.
