Elsa is a sustainable investing specialist at Brown Advisory. Embedded in the Private Client, Endowments and Foundations team, she is responsible for leading and executing sustainable investing initiatives across the business. Prior to joining the firm, Elsa was a member of the ESG Management team at Brookfield Asset Management where she assisted in building and implementing a firmwide ESG strategy, including framework alignment, policy implementation, ESG reporting and investor communications. She has also held roles in investor relations and client services, supporting fundraising, investor onboarding, due diligence, and reporting efforts, all for New York-based private equity firms. Elsa has been an active member of WISE (Women Investing in a Sustainable Economy) since 2016. She holds a BA in Italian from the College of the Holy Cross.
