Reena is a Strategic Advisor at Brown Advisory. As Strategic Advisor, Reena will counsel individuals and families with respect to gift and estate tax planning and work with multi-generational family members in meeting personal goals and objectives. Prior to joining Brown, Reena was a Partner at Mintz Levin, where she served as the Chair of the Estate Planning Practice. She managed the firm's core estate planning practice, representing high net-worth individuals (including entrepreneurs, business leaders and CEOs) in developing and implementing tax efficient wealth strategies. Reena also worked with individuals and multinational corporate clients in navigating through all aspects of the immigration process. Reena served as the Hiring Partner at Mintz, managing recruitment of all entry-level positions, and has worked on many pro bono cases, including representing asylum seekers and victims of domestic violence. Reena attended Boston College and Boston College Law School. She clerked for the Honorable J. Harold Flannery at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
