Summer Analyst Program
Our Summer Analyst Program is a 8/9-week, on-site internship designed to immerse you in every facet of investment management.
The experience is designed to build your analytical, strategic, and communication skills through real-world projects that span across a variety of departments and impact firm-wide decision-making.
By collaborating with colleagues across the firm, you’ll learn how to harness data to inform investment decisions, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your contributions will span the breadth of our organization, offering a holistic view of how asset management firms’ function, innovate, and deliver long-term value to clients.
While you will have the opportunity to select an area of specialty (i.e., portfolio management or investment research), you’ll contribute to projects that span the entire firm.

What we look for
These qualities apply to candidates across both our U.S. and London programmes.
- You should demonstrate curiosity, initiative, sound judgement and adaptability, with a genuine willingness to learn.
- You should have a strong academic record and demonstrate interests and experiences beyond your academic studies, such as extracurricular activities, work experience, volunteering, leadership or other achievements.
- You should demonstrate critical and analytical thinking, approaching problems thoughtfully, questioning assumptions and using information to form well-reasoned conclusions.
- You should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities and taking ownership of your work.
- You should have experience using MS Excel.
- You should have a genuine interest in investment management, finance, investing and/or the work of the team to which you are applying.
- You should be a clear and thoughtful communicator, with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to listen to different perspectives.
- You should enjoy working collaboratively, contributing effectively to a team while also being comfortable taking ownership and using your initiative.
- You should demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to organize your work, multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- You should be comfortable working in an on-site environment as part of the Summer Analyst Program.
United States
U.S. Applicant Requirements
Baltimore • Boston • New York • Washington, D.C. • Nine-week program
- You must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and submit an unofficial transcript with your application.
- You must be willing to work on-site in Baltimore, Boston, New York or Washington, D.C., five days a week to gain the full experience of the nine-week program.
International
London Applicant Requirements
London • Eight-week programme
- You must be pursuing an undergraduate degree and expecting to graduate in 2028.
- Applications are welcomed from all degree disciplines.
- Previous financial-services experience is not required.
- You must be available to work on-site in our London office for the eight-week programme, commencing 14 June 2027.
