Opportunities for Students

At Brown Advisory, we believe in the power of early career experiences to shape the next generation of leaders. Whether through summer internships, co-op programs, or other learning opportunities, we’re committed to providing students with meaningful, hands-on exposure to real-world challenges. Our goal is to foster growth, spark curiosity, and help emerging talent build the skills and confidence to thrive in their future careers.

Summer Analyst Program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a 9-week, on-site internship designed to immerse you in every facet of investment management.

The experience is designed to build your analytical, strategic, and communication skills through real-world projects that span across a variety of departments and impact firm-wide decision-making.

By collaborating with colleagues across the firm, you’ll learn how to harness data to inform investment decisions, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your contributions will span the breadth of our organization, offering a holistic view of how asset management firms’ function, innovate, and deliver long-term value to clients.

While you will have the opportunity to select an area of specialty (i.e., portfolio management or investment research), you’ll contribute to projects that span the entire firm.
