Bringing My Team Back to The Office

As we think about returning to our offices—hybrid or full time—in the coming weeks and months, there are a lot of important operational and cultural issues to consider. For most of us, human capital is our most valuable resource, and getting this transition right is critical. At Brown Advisory, we have spent the past 18 months in a combination of remote and hybrid environments. We are by no means experts, but we have invested substantial time and effort reflecting on how to bring our colleagues back to the office in the most effective, safest way possible, for the benefit of our clients, our colleagues and our culture. This is a roundtable discussion with Brown Advisory leaders who have helped guide our own “back to the office” journey..

Speakers: Michael Aldrich, Global Head of Operational Security; Rebecca Sugarman, Chief Human Resources Officer; Craig Standish, Head of Boston Office
Moderator: Victor Abiamiri, Portfolio Manager
